FSSAI State license- The FSSAI State License is for the entrepreneurs who are involved in medium-sized businesses. The annual turnover should be more than Rs. 12 Lakhs or up to Rs.20 crores. This registration can be upgraded based on the growth of business sales.

FSSAI Central license- The FSSAI Central license is for the entrepreneurs who are involved in the large business. The annual turnover should be above Rs. 20 crores. It is also required in cases where you need to supply at the government offices or import/export food products.
